We are pleased to inform you that a new update for the RF2K-S is available. Version G198C267 can now be downloaded and installed via the update function of your power amplifier.

Release notes G198C267
– Improvement: The polling time for CAT interface was reduced to get a faster frequency refresh rate
– Bug fix: ICOM IC 7610 doesn’t show “No CAT available” when turning too fast at the VFO knob.
– Bug fix: microHAM microKeyer works again. It now has its own settings in the CAT menu (Manufacturer: microHAM; RIG: microKeyer). To use this RIG, set the CI-V address in your USB Router software to the CI-V address “94”.
– Bug fix: Double-click on the Menu button doesn’t cause a screen freeze anymore
– Bug fix: Higher inductance values (10,000 nH and above) are now displayed in full in the tuner window.

IMPORTANT: When doing the update, please wait until the screen says “Update successful” and don’t cancel the update process in between. Otherwise, you risk data loss, and you would have to create a new SD card.
